Jacky’s Middle East is displaying its venture into the solutions realm by putting on show its queue management solutions at GITEX.

The company describes the solutions as a ‘digital receptionist’, and is currently targetting prospective clients such as banks, governments, airlines, medical hospitals, academic institutions, malls, and retailers.

Wajid Abbas Naqvi, Product Manager for Visitors Management Solutions at Jacky’s says the system can help organisations manage the flow of visitors to facilities and distinguish between those that need to speak to a receptionist and those that don’t.

The ‘electronic receptionist’, works on a three tier level, where the first level is that of self service, the second meet-and-greet, and the third is full customer service.

Naqvi further says the company would also like to capitalise on the UAE’s endeavour to implements its National ID card with the system.
