Tensator cuts down on queues

First-time exhibitor Tensator, a UK-based queue management provider, is at GITEX Technology Week to showcase how effective its dispersed queue ticketing systems are at reducing service times. A fully functional ticketing system is on display at the firm’s booth.

First-time exhibitor Tensator, a UK-based queue management provider, is at GITEX Technology Week to showcase how effective its dispersed queue ticketing systems are at reducing service times. A fully functional ticketing system is on display at the firm’s booth.

The company is also displaying its e-Sirius web-based queue management system along with French partner ESII. The e-Sirius software can operate across unlimited services, counters and multi-site operations. The solution can also be integrated with digital media capabilities and enable full appointment and schedule management along with SMS notification software.

“We have had several key customers in Dubai such as Sharaf DG, Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airways and so on,” says Najate Absaddouk, Business Development Manager at Tensator, Dubai.
