Efficient data centres are the main crux of APC by Schneider Electrics’s participation at GITEX Technology Week this year.

Moving away from the traditional booth activities, the physical infrastructure solutions provider has opted for a “3 steps tour” during which visitors are guided around three of APC’s data centre and power protection solutions.  The three steps are: hot aisle containment systems, APC software solutions for the data centre and
data centre cooling solutions, with experts on hand to walk visitors around the solutions.

Christian Bertrand, Director of APC by Schneider Electric, Middle East and Turkey, comments: “As usual we are looking forward to GITEX this year. Apart from gaining visibility and sales opportunities from the tradeshow, we are introducing a guided tour on the stand to demonstrate APC’s product capabilities and showcase the latest technologies in the data centre space.”

APC’s channel is also on the vendor’s to-do-list for GITEX as it plans to speed up registration of resellers by signing them up to its partner programme on the spot. Partner programme and partner ecosystem representatives from the hardware vendor will be on hand at the APC booth to guide them through the process of initiating a partner alliance.
