Fluke Networks has named Synergix International as its master distributor for the Middle East and North Africa region

Fluke Networks has named Synergix International as its master distributor for the Middle East and North Africa region.

The vendor, which provides solutions for the installation, certification, testing, monitoring and analysis of copper, fibre and wireless networks, claims that the hiring of new distributors in the GCC region can often be a veiled move by vendors to reduce their own sales presence in the region. Fluke is adamant that this is not the motivation behind its appointment of Synergix International.

The distributor will take responsibility for Fluke’s range of infrastructure data communication cable installer test and measurement products. Werner Heeren, Fluke Networks' EEMA Regional sales director says that the naming of Synergix as its main distribution partner significantly strengthens Fluke’s presence across the MENA region.

“Appointing one of the Middle East’s leading technology distributors as territorial distributor will ensure we are able to better support our customers and partners with increased product availability, product information and improved support,” emphasised Heeren.

Synergix International has promised to provide greater partner contact, increased marketing and local stocking to ensure the quick turn around of products from Fluke. Other value added services provided by the distributor are the calibration of DTX cable analysers, as well as acting as a certified training and educational centre for Fluke Networks.
