Malia Group rolls out Oracle E-Business Suite to boost processes
Oracle E-Business deployment will give Malia Group improved financial controls and centralized systems
Lebanon’s Malia Group conglomerate has rolled out Oracle’s E-Business Suite, to improve financial controls and standardize systems across the group.
The group, which includes 17 companies in industrial, consumer goods distribution, fashion, engineering, construction, hospitality and real estate across the region, has deployed a number of Oracle modules to server around 200 users in the company.
The project was implemented by Oracle Consulting and will provide insight and transparency into the group’s financial and business processes, and allow the group to centralize systems. The systems will also help the group with compliance to local and global

The project took 12 months to complete, and included extensive product training and hands on training leading up to the launch. Modules deployed include implemented Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Inventory Optimization and Oracle Financial Management.
