New pair of hands for Avaya Saudi

Promotes sales director of MENA contact centre business, Fadi Hani, to post of general manager for Saudi Arabia

Communications vendor Avaya has promoted the sales director of its MENA contact centre business, Fadi Hani, to general manager for Saudi Arabia.

Hani will be tasked with the daily management of all areas of Avaya’s activities in the Kingdom, including business development strategies and sales activities. He will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with partners to enable the delivery of Avaya’s products to the Saudi market.

“This is a crucial time for organisations in the Middle East to evaluate their current investments. Our priority in the coming months is to understand our customers’ current business in order to implement cost-efficient and effective communication solutions with a clear ROI,” said Hani. “Our vision is for Avaya to become the number one provider of enterprise communications systems for organisations of all sizes in the Kingdom, enabling them to add value to their services and enhance business performance.”

According to the company, Hani has 13 years of experience in the Middle East region, primarily in software development and business applications.
