Brother to debut next-gen printers

Japanese printing technology giant to launch next-generation range of inkjet ‘multi-function centres' at GITEX Technology Week 2008.

Printing specialist Brother Gulf will unveil its next generation inkjet multifunction centres (MFCs) at GITEX Technology Week.

"As the biggest annual IT exhibition in the Middle East, GITEX showcases the latest technologies being offered to the region's corporate and individual users," says Shinji Tada, managing director of Brother Gulf. "Last year's GITEX served as a launch pad for our range of colour laser printers and multi-function centres. We leveraged the opportunity to demonstrate our new products to end-users and trade customers."

At this year's GITEX, Brother will showcase its recently launched range of mono laser printers, its colour laser products and its extensive line-up of P-Touch labelling solutions. Tada says GITEX provides the company with an opportunity to touch base with existing partners and seek out new clients.

"We have consistently used the event to launch new products and interact with our corporate end-users and trade partners," he says.

Brother International is a global company involved in the development and manufacturing of printing, communication and digital imaging products for homes, SOHOs and enterprises.

The company's core product range includes laser printers, fax machines and MFCs, but it also manufactures high-quality labelling machines, electronic typewriters and laminators.
