Nexans mounts search for Saudi partners

LAN cabling vendor looking for new reseller and VAD partners to build presence in Kingdom

LAN cabling solutions vendor Nexans has launched a search for channel partners to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia.

The firm says it has witnessed a sharp increase in business in the region and believes the addition of a value added distributor and local resellers will help it address numerous vertical sectors.

Nexans insists that building a stronger channel is vital to achieving its objective of ensuring its solutions are delivered through a channel that can offer comprehensive service and support.

“In addition to the strong partnership that we have with the largest integrators in Saudi Arabia, we are looking to recruit performance-based resellers backed-up by a strong value added distributor, who will work closely with us to promote our solutions extensively in the local market,” explained Tarek Helmy, regional director for the Gulf and Middle East at the vendor.

Nexans, a global networking company with a regional office in the UAE — says that the proclamation of its desire for new partners in Saudi Arabia is indicative of its commitment to the channel across the region.

“Nexans will offer round-the-clock support and training to our new partners and strong service and technical support to our customers locally,” promised Helmy. “Saudi is one of the key markets for Nexans in the Middle East region. With so much infrastructural development taking place there, we see tremendous growth potential for our products and solutions.”
