ITG wins People's Choice in Microsoft's Ingenuity Point competition

Jordanian software developer wins international recognition through the People's Choice Award presented for its EduWare elearning platform

Jordanian software developer Integrated Technology Group (ITG) has been awarded the People's Choice Award in Microsoft's Ingenuity Point competition.

The competition aims to recognize the work of ISVs developing solutions based on the Microsoft platform, that will have a social benefit. The international competition is set to run throughout 2008, to identify and promote commercially available solutions for the education, healthcare and clean technology sectors.

ITG was awarded the People's Choice Award, which is voted for on a monthly basis by visitors to the Ingenuity Point website, for its EduWave elearning platform. EduWave, which has over million users in the Middle East and the US, is a web-based, multilingual elearning solution with a range of functions including learning management, content management, instructional management and student information systems.

The application was also previously recognized with the 2003 UN World Summit Award.
