WGC 3 registration open

Registration opens for third annual Windows Gaming Championship.

Regional gamers can now register for the third annual Windows Gaming Championship (WGC) via the event’s new website.

PC gamers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar should point their browsers here and click the ‘Register Now’ button to reserve their spot in the most competitive regional gaming event to date. Entries will stop being accepted one full calendar week before each WGC 3 country event.

On the games front, button bashers can choose to play Unreal Tournament (UT) 3 (as part of a team) or TOCA Race Car Driver 3 by Codemasters. Like the two previous WGC events, registration is completely free and anyone can enter.

WGC 3 will kick off in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia on Thursday, May 1 and wrap up on Saturday, June 21 in Dubai, where the regional final for both the single and team event will take place.

Apart from letting gamers register for the event, the new WGC 3 website contains complete contest details, including information on the four UT maps selected, permitted team sizes, match venues, as well as contest rules and regulations.
