Source IT, the mobility distributor hailing from the UAE, has set in motion expansion plans by opening an office in Jordan. The centre, located in Amman, will provide support to Source IT's customers in Jordan, Syria and Iraq.

The distributor claims the opening of the office is an "integral part" of its regional development strategy, which it says will bring it closer to its customers and provide higher levels of in-country stock and assistance.

"Through our existing customers, Source IT has seen a steady growth in the region," said Emad Nashwan, general manager for Jordan. "We think that it is now the right time for Source IT to further strengthen our supply chain ecosystem."

In the Middle East markets that it serves, Source IT, is an authorised distributor for vendors such as HTC, i-Mate and HP. The company reveals that it is currently exploring further opportunities to strengthen its current partnerships with telecom operators in Jordan and cater to the desires of the rapidly expanding Jordanian corporate market.Source IT to open office in Amman to improve interaction with customers and increase in-country stock
