HAK chooses Sniperhire from Hiring Solutions

Online recruitment management systems will improve HR processes

Saudi-based HAK Group has selected employment software specialist Hiring Solutions to provide it with intelligent recruitment management systems, allowing the group to revamp its hiring cycle.

Hiring Solutions' Sniperhire software will be used to power HAK's recruitment and contract recruitment services division, which typically employs thousands of engineers and skilled technicians, many of which are later contracted to other regional firms like Aramco and Sabic.

"HAK Group is committed to delivering top talent in the shortest period of time to its clients. With the implementation of Sniperhire into our existing systems, we will electronically handle all our recruitment processes, attract potential candidates from around the globe 24/7, reduce our dependence on traditional advertising and recruitment agencies, and use intelligent tools to quickly identify the best candidates that suit client vacancies," said Sheikh Khalid H. A. Al Ghatani, president and CEO of HAK.

All future HAK hires will use the internet-based Sniperhire, which also includes a career portal engine that allows potential candidates to interact directly with HAK.

With the new system, HAK's contract recruitment services division aims to provide clients with screened candidates within 60 minutes of receiving a vacancy.

"HAK's Contract Recruitment Services division is among the fastest growing companies in the industry. With our Sniperhire recruitment platform, they have gone one step ahead in ensuring top candidates are booked into interviews even before the competition has acted on these vacancies," adds Edward Musiak, Hiring Solutions' country manager for KSA.
