Sage Software Middle East has revealed plans to launch its new online CRM product at this year's GITEX Business Solutions event.
SageCRM.com is a hosted CRM solution that will offer customers a chance to use CRM via a browser on a monthly subscription basis. The solution is hosted by Sage so that customers don't have to maintain a server in-house to support it.
Sage believes the solution is ideal for customers who want to try the software before they buy it and for companies that don't have a large IT department.
Sage's team will also place particular emphasis on Sage X3 enterprise solution, the firm's flagship ERP product for medium and larger manufacturing and distribution companies.
"A surge in the region's manufacturing and distribution sector is driving a need for business software solutions that can help these companies automate their business processes to improve efficiency," explains Marc Van Der Ven, Sage Middle East's managing director.
Van Der Ven says he is seeing a surge in demand for HRMS solutions to help organisations attract and retain the best talent and streamline HRMS processes. Increased business in the Middle East has brought attention to the region and even more competition, forcing companies to compete for a dwindling pool of skilled resources.
"Increased competition has also resulted in a more demand for our award winning CRM solutions and we will be showcasing the latest versions of these products," he adds.
"Having a GITEX Technology Week presence is part of our annual strategy. It's firmly on our calendar, as it is the biggest IT show in the region, and Sage is the largest provider of business solutions for the mid-market," he continues. "Because the mid-market represents the largest segment of Middle East businesses, then there is significant potential from the people we meet at the show. The event is also a great place to promote the Sage brand to our customers, partners and prospects in the region.
