DTK Computer Middle East will showcase its impressive line-up of products at this year’s Gitex including the very latest in PCs, notebooks, game stations, workstations and servers. DTK will occupy stand C3-30 in Hall 3 at this year’s Gitex extravaganza.

Nimer Al Attal, managing director at DTK Computer Middle East, said: “DTK has been at the forefront of introducing innovative, high-performing technologies that address consumers’ needs for increased computing capacity, greater performance, scalability and reliability. DTK will showcase an exciting range of its latest offerings in home theatre systems, PCs, notebooks, game stations and servers at this year’s Gitex Dubai.

DTK will use Gitex as a launch pad for its space-saving HomeVista Digital Entertainment Centre, a slimline PC that provides powerful functionality and high definition TV viewing for consumers, in addition to a DVD recorder.

DTK claims that the HomeVista not only offers an excellent home theatre experience, but also allows users to benefit from high-end interactive presentation capabilities for conferences, meeting rooms and even hotel and airport lobbies.

DTK’s participation at Gitex 2006 will also focus in the company’s Cruiser 5015 desktop PC. The Cruiser 5015 has been developed as part of a DTK-AMD initiative that aims to connect 50% of the world population by 2015. The Cruiser 5015 utilises AMD technology and is billed as a first step on the technology ladder for young users venturing into IT.

In the notebook segment DTK will launch its latest FliNote models at the event. The vendor will also showcase its line-up of rugged and semi-rugged notebooks. Gaming enthusiasts will get the chance to see DTK’s high-performance Racer SSS gaming station at the event.

Another highlight of DTK’s Gitex offering will be the 32”, 37” and 42” LCD TVs, and also the Maestro III all-in-one 17” and 19” LCD PCs. The Maestro III is a PC, home theatre, TV, MP3, VCD and DVD player all rolled into one unit.

For those looking for business solutions, DTK will showcase its comprehensive range of AMD and Intel-based servers designed to meet the growing demands of high-powered computing environments. These rack-optimised servers afford quality, balanced performance and systems management capabilities for enterprise workloads in a compact, scalable design.
