Moroccan TV service streamlines operations with ScheduAll

Moroccan TV service, 2M Tilivision has deployed ScheduALL applications to manage its end-to-end operations from programme preparation through to air.

Moroccan TV service, 2M Tilivision has deployed ScheduALL applications to manage its end-to-end operations from programme preparation through to air.

“ScheduALL allows us to centralise enterprise wide-planning for production, logistics, post, transmission, IT and bandwidth management,” says Abderrahman Raqbi, head of information systems for 2M Tilivision. “It enables us to track our budget for human resources and helps us to control expenses related to our company’s news, magazine shows, dramas, and other programmes,” he adds.

ScheduALL delivers flexible real-time scheduling that offers immediate and total control over facilities of any size. A single individual or an entire network of users can manage the facility, equipment, and personnel scheduling, as well as quotes, payments, and library assets. ScheduALL takes client requests from the quote level all the way through to final broadcasting, thus reducing costs and production time. Information is entered only once and thereafter is carried through all operations. Comprehensive reporting allows analysis of facility performance and efficiency.

2M Tilivision is using ScheduALL for planning film location cost, production, postproduction, editing, equipment, and human resources. The network also uses the system to track production timelines and resource utilisation in real time. Additionally, the project management module is used at 2M Tilivision to ensure the completion of all phases of a project and to isolate project costs by category.

The development kit purchased along with the ScheduALL software enables 2M Tilivision to personalise user interfaces, menus, and toolbars as well as create new reports that match the network’s specific needs.
