Power retailer CompuME will showcase its entire digital electronics product portfolio at Gitex Shopper and Consumer Electronics Expo 2006.

Power retailer CompuME will showcase its entire digital electronics product portfolio at Gitex Shopper and Consumer Electronics Expo 2006.

The company operates six megastore outlets located in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, in addition to a chain of CompuME Express stores, which specialise in fast-moving consumer electronics goods such as MP3 players, digital cameras and phones.

CompuME works with a number of major vendors including Intel, IBM, HP, Dell, Toshiba, Acer, Fujitsu Siemens, and 3Com. The company claims that its skilled engineers can solve all manner of IT problems on the spot.

The company is also increasingly branching into the franchise retail business, having recently signed a deal with Fakhro Electronics to establish a CompuME retail chain in Bahrain.

Other CompuME outlets are located in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Cairo and Qatar.
