IP and enterprise communications specialist Avaya will be approaching the first GulfComms exhibition this November with one major question for customers: ‘What’s possible for your business today?’

The company has promised that its presence at this year’s event will be bigger and better than before, and visitors to its stand at E25 should notice the difference instantaneously, Avaya’s dedicated exhibition space will be two and a half times larger than at Gitex 2005.

Displaying the latest in Avaya’s communications offerings, the stand will offer exciting demos including video conferencing, as well as the newest Avaya one-X deskphones, such as the 9600 Series, with innovations such as ‘the navigator’ phone for receptionists, the ‘everyday’ version or the phone with specifications for ‘essential’ users.

“GulfComms give us an exciting opportunity to explore new ideas with our customers, in conjunction with visiting executives and live demonstrations of truly intelligent communication applications,” comments Nidal Abou-Ltaif, managing director, Avaya Middle East and North Africa.

“In a survey we completed last year during our incredibly successful roadshow around the Middle East, we found that more than 70% of companies are ready to deploy IP telephony solutions, with 55% of all the companies having some element of IP telephony in place already,” concludes Abou-Ltaif.
