The Savoy Hotel Apartments, the flagship hotel of the Savoy group of hotel apartments situated in central Bur Dubai, is undergoing an intensive renovation, which started on June 15 and is expected to last two months. The project will see the Savoy Hotel Apartments redefine its standing in the market, repositioning itself as a deluxe hotel apartment complex.
The renovation will focus on improving and modernising all the guestrooms and public areas, and the entire operation has been meticulously planned and D Dominic, group general manager of the Savoy Group, is confident that once the property is relaunched after the overhaul it will be a truly world-class hotel apartment, ready to take on the intense pressure from Dubai’s burgeoning market.
“In today’s scenario, where the hotel apartments have become a very popular option with both business and leisure travellers coming into Dubai, it is very important that we are clued-up on the changing needs of our guests if we are to stay one step ahead of the competition,” said Dominic.
“This entire exercise of renovating the Savoy Hotel Apartments is precisely a step in that direction,” he added.
Dominic also emphasises the importance of personalised service: “The standard of service offered by the staff at the Savoy Hotel Apartments has always been very well received by all the guests and has gone a long way towards making sure that the property has always been able to boast of a strong and loyal client base,” he said.
“The renovated Savoy Hotel Apartments will only add to the delight factor for the guest, adding state-of-the-art facilities and amenities into the already successful equation.”
Although the Savoy Hotel Apartments will be closed for the duration of the renovation project, the other two hotel apartments of the group, the Savoy Park and Savoy Crest, will both be fully operational and will continue to receive guests.
