Mohammad Obaid Al Mulla’s subsidiary Abjar International Hotels, under franchise from Ramada International and Cendant Hotel group, USA, will manage the Ramada Jumeirah hotel.

“We are proud to announce a hotel that we believe embodies the cost competitive business spirit of modern Dubai and at the same time meets the Ramada International operating philosophy. Building upon the current success of Ramada Hotel Dubai, as a leading downtown business hotel, we will take the new Ramada Jumeirah on a fast track to success,” said Saeed Al Mulla, chairman of Al Mulla Hotels.

The Ramada Jumeirah is located in Al Hudaiba, Jumeirah area, within walking distance of Jumeirah Beach and only minutes to Port Rashid.

The 252-room, four-star deluxe hotel will feature business and leisure facilities including conference rooms, an extensive gym, spa, bars and restaurants.

Conceived by architects SmallWood Reynolds Stuart & Associates, USA, the interiors have been designed by Wilson Associates, USA. The hotel has a partial atrium structure. It is a business hotel located in the emerging business district in between Bur Dubai and Jumeirah and will target both the business and leisure traveller markets.
