Hatta Fort Hotel offers Mind & Body workshops to help develop positive thinking
The Hatta Fort Hotel, owned and operated by Jebel Ali International Hotels, has teamed up with Mind Body Dynamixs, to introduce mind and body workshops at the exclusive mountain retreat.
The Mind & Body workshops will offer participants the opportunity to re-invent the way they perceive life, work and happiness. The workshops will offering techniques to develop positive thinking and teach guests new ways of expressing ideas or opinions. The classes will also focus on imagination training and some basic forms of relaxing meditation.
The course promise to help people to become more productive in the workplace, as well as to help them feel happier in their everyday lives, whether they are alone or interacting with family and friends.
