The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) will once again fly the flag for Taiwanese vendors looking to break into the Saudi market as they return for the third year running with the Taiwan Pavilion. The stand is set to provide 16 Taiwanese hardware vendors with a platform through which they can forge new channel relationships with distributors.

According to the TAITRA’s senior project manager, Richard Wu, “The Saudi market is the largest in the GCC area and has great potential for future development. The need for IT and communications products has been increasing significantly, especially in the last decade, and it continues to show strong growth. We believe that Taiwanese products provide consumers with the finest quality at competitive prices and we are approaching the Saudi market from a strong position.”

TAITRA’s presence at Gitex is aimed at enhancing mutual trade relationships between Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.
