Oasis Beach Tower, the latest addition to the Jebel Ali International Hotels portfolio, opened for business last month in Dubai, marking the regional chain’s entry into the long-stay market. The Oasis Beach Tower, which overlooks the Oasis Beach Hotel, is a luxury hotel apartment tower, offering 180 two-, three- and four-bedroom serviced apartments spread across 45 floors.
“Naturally we are absolutely delighted to add this stunning property to the list of inspiring hotels, venues and facilities that we manage as a company. I have no doubt the Oasis Beach Tower will become a true landmark in new Dubai — the feedback from our international and local partners so far has been fantastic and we look forward to a very exciting time in the next couple of months,” said David Thomson, general manager corporate affairs, Jebel Ali International Hotels.
The new property will target international visitors, corporate clients and UAE residents looking for a long-stay alternative to a standard hotel room. Guests at the Oasis Beach Tower will also benefit from use of the facilities at the Oasis Beach Hotel, located adjacent to the property, and the two developments will be managed in tandem with each other.
“The Oasis Beach Tower offers direct access to the beach, incredible views over the Arabian Gulf and connection to full hotel services at the Oasis Beach Hotel, qualities we’re sure will make a great impression on local residents and visitors to Dubai,” said Martin Weber, general manager of the Oasis Beach Hotel & Tower.
The Oasis Beach Tower apartments are sectioned in deluxe, superior and premium categories. The apartments will include fully equipped kitchens, LCD TVs and data points allowing connections for additional televisions, telephones, computers and other IT equipment.
