CA has boosted its support offering for enterprise solution providers (ESPs) in the Arab region with the rollout of its technical enablement programme.
CA has boosted its support offering for enterprise solution providers (ESPs) in the Arab region with the rollout of its technical enablement programme for partners.
Gilbert Lacroix, CA’s VP and area manager for the EMEA Eastern markets said, “The partner technical enablement programme builds on CA’s continued commitment to bring technical and service excellence to both its customers and partners. The program offers ESP partners with the pre-sales technical know-how needed to design and implement world-class CA solutions that unify and simplify complex IT environments for customers in the Arab countries and Pakistan.”
Designed to provide CA’s channel partners with greater knowledge and understanding of the management software vendor’s solutions, the new programme consists of various components including a partner pre-sales centre, a technical specialty team based in the region, a partner solution centre and technical enablement online tools.
Andrew Dutton, senior VP and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at CA, said, “Leading enterprises in the Arab countries are looking to unify and simplify IT management in a secure environment to take the complexity out of IT and become more efficient. The partner technical enablement programme aims to help our key partners gain the technical skills and know-how to help customers eliminate this complexity.”
The partner pre-sales centre will be located in Beirut and will consist of a team of dedicated CA specialists supporting partners requiring technical information and consultation regarding complex IT environments.
The partner solution centres, which will be located in several hubs across the region, will serve as proof-of-concept labs allowing partners to demonstrate CA solutions to prospective enterprise clients.
“CA will also use the partner technical enablement programme to run regular workshops and demonstrations for partners as well as webcasts to build up partner technical capabilities,” added Lacroix. “By educating and empowering our partners across the Arab countries and Pakistan we are able to scale up the service and expertise we can offer customers exponentially.”
