Future Technology will showcase Avaya’s Contact Centre Express call centre solution at the upcoming Middle East Call Centre (MECC) 2005 exhibition. Future Technology, a strategic Avaya partner in the Middle East, claims that the product is the first multimedia contact centre solution aimed solely at small and medium business customers in the region.

“Our partners play a very important role in helping Avaya to maintain its market leadership in the contact centre business in this region,” said Roger El Tawil, channel and marketing manager at Avaya Middle East and North Africa (MENA). “We are very pleased to be participating in MECC 2005 alongside one of our leading partners in the region, Future Technology.”

Contact Centre Express allows companies to manage the collection, queuing and delivery of calls to the appropriate contact centre agent, ensuring that all customer communication is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible according to Future Technology. MECC 2005 is being held on January 16th and 17th at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
