Sahm with its parent company Emaar is currently building what it claims to be the world’s largest ‘intelligent city’. When operational, the commercial and residential complex will offer state-of-the-art Internet Protocol (IP) network and wireless broadband services to thousands of residents and business entities located within the Emaar territories.
