Wafi City in Dubai has added two new outlets. Chameleon is situated on the ground floor with Vice, Dubai’s first vodka and champagne bar, on the mezzanine level.

Chameleon restaurant, as its name suggests, will host a changing variety of entertainment throughout the week. Diners will be entertained by an array of professional musicians from around the world, performing live with the resident DJ.

Chameleon restaurant offers a comprehensive selection of global cuisine, designed around a family dining concept, with dishes served in Tapas-sized portions for sharing.
Chilled prawn tabouleh, chickpea and pistachio cutlets or lobster omelette are some of the dishes on offer. Chameleon specialty dishes include salt-crusted baked Red Snapper, Langoustine ‘Bouillabaisee’ or Saffron braised lamb shanks. Chameleon will operate a member’s only policy.

With over 30 premium international vodkas and one of the most extensive Champagne lists available in the Middle East, Vice is aiming to attract the discerning connoisseur and the elite crowd of Dubai.

A ‘raw’ bar is situated adjoining the bar, serving oysters, caviar and smoked salmon, while the resident sushi chef creates a selection of hand-rolled sushi, sashimi and Maki-sushi rolls.

Chameleon and Vice will open six days a week from 7pm until late. Both venues close to the public on Monday but will be available for private events.
