This new centre will be managed by Hesham El Nahhas.

“Alcatel is committed to delivering its innovative enterprise solutions in this critical global market,” said Anil Srivastava, executive vice president for Alcatel’s enterprise solutions activities in the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. “With the opening of our new IP telephony competency centre in Dubai, we are greatly strengthening our position here and looking forward to working very closely with our customers, distributors and integrators in this market.”
