Tranquil runs car dealerships

Tranquil Solutions is touting the benefits of its specialist software for automobile dealerships and car rental businesses.

Tranquil Solutions returns to Gitex this year fresh from a buyout by its management team. The re-energised company is touting the benefits of its specialist software solutions for automobile dealerships and car rental businesses.

The company is also emphasising its focus on the GCC region, with a full business development and support office now in place at Dubai Internet City.

The regional team includes people who have actually operated automobile dealership businesses, and therefore have intimate knowledge of the challenges and issues that these businesses face on a daily basis.

“We focus on the real needs of our clients,” says Mr. K.N.Kannan, managing director, Tranquil Solutions. “Often customers get carried away by the use of technical jargon by different vendors, which takes their attention away from their real needs.

"This often leads them into a never ending cycle of high costs and failed expectations. Tranquil can ensure the right solution, from all perspectives: fit, risks and costs,” he continues.

The products on display include ‘Infotrack’, an end to end integrated solution for the management of automobile dealerships, and ‘Zipdrive’, for car rental and leasing businesses. New versions of both products are due in March, 2005.
