Dutco scoops Palm access road contract

Dutco Construction has been awarded the Dhs190 million contract to build the Palm Island Interchange and access roads between Interchanges 4 and 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Once complete the works will create a full free flowing interchange alongside Sheikh Zayed Road that will provide integrated access from the highway to Tecom’s Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City, Omnix’s Dubai Pearl and the Palm Jumeirah.

The project also includes the construction of roadway signage, pavement marking, landscaping, street lighting, irrigation ducts, and diverting services. The contract period is 570 days and will start immediately.
