Pinnacle Systems is seeking to strengthen its market share in the Middle East by opening an office in Dubai Internet City and recruiting Ziad Soussou, as sales manager for the region.

"Following the strong development of Pinnacle's business in the Middle East during the past three years (+300%), the company decided to reinforce its presence with a local office," commented Peter Blanken, managing director for Pinnacle Systems Business & Consumer Division, SEMEA. "We strongly believe this strategic investment will enable our company to better meet the needs of the specific Middle East region markets," he added.

Blanken also explained that Ziad Soussou would work towards reinforcing Pinnacle's distribution & reseller's network throughout the region, consolidating the company market shares and creating more brand awareness in both consumer & business segments. "I will be responsible for developing the sales volumes and revenues of the Business & Consumer Division and also implementing new business & marketing partnerships in all the territories that fall under my responsibility," commented Soussou.
