Document management helps Kuwait fight crime
By upgrading its Optika eMedia application to Acorde Context & Process, Interpol Kuwait will be able to process information faster and be able to fight organised crime more effectively.
Interpol Kuwait, an international criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Interior (MOI), has upgraded its Optika eMedia application to Acorde Context & Process to further streamline its business processes and manage its documents more effectively.
The upgrade, which has been provided by Al Faris, has been necessary due to the increased amount of transactional information that the organisation is being asked to handle, and the growing need for more effective information sharing with Interpol communities internationally.
“With [a] growing crime rate, organisations such as ours need faster and secured access to documents, including better responsiveness from government organisations and immediate access to public information,” says Maj. Khalid Al-Hajry – Technical Support Manager Interpol Kuwait.
“[The] Al-Faris Optika Acorde software solution has helped us to leverage technology and do more with less,” he continues.
