ATCO opts for ACCPAC

A.A.TURKI Group (ATCO) is set to implement ACCPAC’s Advantage Series software as it looks to streamline its business processes and standardise its software stack across its 17 companies.

A.A.TURKI Group (ATCO) is set to implement ACCPAC’s Advantage Series software as it looks to streamline its business processes and standardise its software stack across its 17 companies.

The project, which is being helmed by Monu-Tech Information Systems, should bring a greater degree of control to the Saudi company’s diverse businesses, data and processes when complete.

“One of the key benefits of the project is that it centralises the group’s data and software systems on one server that the group’s staff can access from any of the offices around the Kingdom,” explains Ziad Al-Turki, executive vice president for ATCO.

“This means that the cost of the project has been greatly reduced and that access to consolidated real-time financial and other operational reports is now possible at the finger tips of the group’s management,” he adds.

Monu-Tech is undertaking both business processes redesign and system implementation for ATCO. It is also providing consultancy services. When live, the ACCPAC solution will link the group’s 17 companies to a centralised database in Dammam via a secured network.
