STME has won membership in the Authorized Services Network Partner Program of EMC, the only company in the region to do so. According to EMC, membership is conferred only upon those companies that actively enhance the expertise of the EMC Global Services organization, judged on customer satisfaction ratings and service standards.

“Becoming a member of the EMC authorized services network is important to STME because it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to quality and high standards, and also because it extends greater peace of mind to our customers about STME’s expertise,” claims Trevor Hutson, president & chief operating officer, STME.

“As the enterprise storage market in the Middle East becomes more competitive, it’s important for end-users to determine whether providers are certified to sell, implement, and support the solutions they are promoting,” he adds.

Other companies that have achieved membership in EMC’s authorized service network community include Siemens, Dell, and Unisys.
