PALME exhibitor portfolio expands

The region’s first dedicated professional sound and lighting communications exhibition expands portfolio to include systems integration solutions.

Pro Audio Light Middle East (PALME), the region's first dedicated professional sound and lighting communications exhibition, has expanded its portfolio to include systems integration solutions.

“We have launched PALME in the Middle East to cater to a growing entertainment supply industry. As organisers we must ensure we listen to the industry we serve hence the addition of systems integration,” explains Iain McLean, project manager PALME, IIR Exhibitions.

“We are seeing the industry moving to a converged environment where everything from sound and lighting to audiovisual offerings are being integrated into a singular infrastructure,” continues McLean. “The benefits are obvious — ease of control, less infrastructure and reduced manpower requirements — while reducing costs.”
