Internet telephony gets Arabic support
One of the leading Internet telephony companies has launched a new Arabic language service, allowing customers to make cheap long distance phone calls through a PC.
One of the leading Internet telephone companies has launched an Arabic language service to cater for Arab users around the world.
Phoneserve allows customers to make international calls via a PC, saving as much as 85% on call charges.
"Of the top five global Internet telephone companies, we are unique in offering an Arabic service to our customers," said Paul Kelly, Phoneserve's marketing manager. "Phoneserve has a truly global reach through its multi-language website and multi-currency options. We are delighted to be able to offer a service to our Arab customers in their own language, since the majority of our customers are in the Middle East," he added.
The website was designed in-house then translated into Arabic by the company’s Saudi Arabian partners. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are Phoneserve's largest markets in the Middle East.
