Sage signs HiTech as reseller

Sage has appointed HiTech WLL as an authorised reseller for its range of products for Bahrain.

Sage has appointed a new reseller for Bahrain. HiTech WLL becomes Sage’s latest authorised reseller in the region, to promote and sell the Sage Line 100 business management suite for medium sized enterprises.

Jamell Al-Najjar, managing director of HiTech commented on the deal: “Sage is the world’s leading vendor of business management software to small & medium enterprises. Sage has over five hundred customers in the region, and it is a powerful brand that is trusted to deliver reliable, robust solutions. Our partnering with Sage will ensure delivery of a world class product with efficient and professional implementation and after-sales support service leading to customer success.”

HiTech had to undergo an extensive training programme before being accepted as a reseller partner, according to Shishir Srivastava, director of Sage Middle East. “To ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, Sage accredits resellers through an extensive training program prior to appointment. HiTech is a reputed IT solutions company willing to invest in quality staff, training and marketing. They have been in existence for over ten years, have proven technical excellence and knowledge and are committed to building lasting partnerships with customers.”
