Planetarabia has inked a deal with floating ads platform provider, Ad4ever, to bring its TopLayer offering to the Middle East.

Planetarabia has inked a deal with floating ads platform provider, Ad4ever, to bring its TopLayer offering to the Middle East. The software-based Interactive marketing platform is supposed to be a non-intrusive and user-friendly messaging system that is “polite, yet fun and engaging.” It delivers a mixture of online media, including 3D animations, streaming video and audio.

Ahead of Planetarabia’s distribution deal, TopLayer has already experienced one success in the region as Dubai-based satellite communications company, Thuraya used it for a 90-day campaign. It achieved impressive click-through rates of 43% among unique viewers and over 4% percent of the viewers interacted with all sections of the ad to receive more information. The conversion rate of click throughs that filled out the registration form was 0.5%.

"Ad4ever has already established a strong, fully operational presence in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany and has quickly won widespread and enthusiastic acceptance from publishers, agencies, portals and specialty websites in those countries," Sivan Tafla, Founder and President of Ad4ever.

"Now, with Planetarabia as our exclusive Middle East representative, we have a strong presence in that important market region as well,” he adds.
