Seven Seas receives Partner of the Year award from Symantec

Seven Seas has won security vendor Symantec's Partner of the Year award

Seven Seas has been awarded Symantec’s Partner of the Year award. The IT and telecommunications solutions provider was recognised for its achievements in network security.

“Seven Seas is proud to accept Symantec’s Partner of the Year award. We appreciate that Symantec has recognised the commitment we have made towards offering a focussed, solutions-based approach to corporate security issues. This we do by backing World Class product lines with quality service and support,” says Mark Richards, CEO Seven Seas.

The Symantec range provides Seven Seas with a complete portfolio of solutions, from the desktop up to the corporate network, as well as solutions for mobile work forces. Security is one of three main focus areas for Seven Seas, alongside network infrastructure and voice.

“Security has become a dynamic market. Companies are realising that while the e-Age is bringing with it a host of benefits such as simplicity of communication, its benefits are being countered by growing security threats that have to be protected against. Symantec is a world leader in this realm and Seven Seas has a proven track record of implementing Symantec’s products,” said Giuseppe Verrini, vice president, Sales, marketing and services for Europe Middle East & Africa at Symantec.
