HP Middle East has enlisted the training and consultancy skills of Fast Lane for its regional education centre based at Dubai Internet City.

HP Middle East has enlisted the training and consultancy skills of Fast Lane for its regional education centre based at Dubai Internet City. The centre will provide training for both HP customers and IT professionals on a host of topics, as well as educating sales, technical and service personnel.

“We chose [Fast Lane] because of its experience, background and professionalism in the networking industry. Fast Lane is positioned perfectly to deliver the suite of training courses that HP Education offers,” said Herbert Zierl, general manager HP services Middle East.

“Sourcing clients’ training solutions through the HP Education Centre will assure them of certified quality training. The certified courses are delivered by HP approved instructors in an environment that provides professionals with the HP knowledge to excel,” he added.

The education centre will also focus on specific HP solutions, including OpenView and Trend Performance Manager.

“Like the ethos behind HP’s OpenView solution, we believe in optimising the customer experience. Success in the e-services age depends on it. By partnering with us, HP has ensured its customer expectations will be consistently surpassed,” said Josef Miskulnig, managing director, Fast Lane.
