Jordanian GSM operator, MobileCom is targeting its top line customers with a series of ‘value services,’ as part of its ‘Club’ post-paid subscription offer. The Club program will also deliver more personal customer services and a full range of services.
“We believe that most Jordanians choose their mobile bundles based on their lifestyle and communications needs, and we felt that our top line post-paid subscribers would benefit greatly from having the ability to fine-tune their bundles according to their personal preference,” said Jean-Christophe Caillat, CEO of MobileCom.

Each Club offer is designed to be flexible enough to suit the customers needs and provide a high level of service. Value added services include specialised cues and counters for Club subscribers at all MobileCom shops and customer care centres.
