Tripp Lite addresses market demand

Tripp Lite has expanded its KVM switch product line as it looks to grow its local market share.

Power protection equipment provider, Tripp Lite, has expanded its KVM switch product line as it looks to grow its local market share. The KVM Switches allow users to control multiple PCs or servers from a single keyboard/monitor/mouse console.

Such centralisation, the company says, provides not only space and work savings but also significant cost savings as organisations are able to reduce the number of keyboards, monitors and mice they need to purchase, power and operate.

"Our KVM switches are unique in that they combine more premium features in the most compact housings," says Vipin Sharma, regional director for Tripp Lite in the Middle East and Africa.

"In addition, Tripp Lite prides itself in providing a valuable premium-feature/value-price combination that delivers higher margins to reseller partners and higher value to consumers," he adds.

Boasting superior CPU control, the KVM switches sport individual port selection buttons while multiple LEDs eliminate the need to scroll through CPUs or check the back of the switch to verify connection. All Tripp Lite KVM Switches simultaneously support multiple operating systems and, the company claims, are easier to manage than competitive models since they are self-powered.
