Acer announces new strategy to boost SMEs in Egypt

Acer Computer (M.E.) Ltd. announced today that it will support the retail and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets in Egypt through Egypt's authorised resellers, Imanteco and CompuServe .

Acer Computer (M.E.) Ltd. announced today a new channel strategy to boost the retail and small and medium enterprise (SME) markets in Egypt. The company has appointed Imanteco and CompuServe as its authorised resellers in the country to empower the retail and SME operations in the Egyptian market. Imanteco will handle Acer’s retail and distribution operations, and CompuServe will focus on the development of Acer’s SME business in Egypt.

“Egypt is one of the largest and most critical markets in the Middle East,” said Antoine Noujaim, Acer Computer (M.E.) Ltd. regional manager for East Mediterranean and CIS. “Newly launched monetary and regulatory governmental initiatives in Egypt have encouraged Acer to support the retail and SME markets in the country by providing them with technology that is best-of-breed, affordable, and accessible.”
