DCS targets SMB market

DCS Dubai will be exhibiting at Gitex 2001 as it looks to expand its regional market.

DCS Dubai will be exhibiting at Gitex 2001 as it looks to expand its regional market. The company has been developing its solution offering on the back of its recently acquired tier three status with Intel, and initially, the company is targeting the small-and-medium sized business (SMBs) market with, among other offerings, after sales service and on-site support.

“We are planning to provide complete solutions: after-sales service, on-site support: a full package, particularly on the server side… on servers you must do this, or you are dead in the water,” says Samer Baykardar, general manager, DCS.

DCS’s move is being fully backed by the vendors. Baykardar explains that both Microsoft and Intel are fully behind the company, he adds.
