Toshiba gets digital

Toshiba will be rolling out its range of digital and multi-functional systems for this year’s Gitex show. The products and solutions will be showcased in four different areas including an office and an in-house printing centre, and demonstrating the optimum integration of the machines into a particular environment.

Toshiba will be rolling out its range of digital and multi-functional systems for this year’s Gitex show. The products and solutions will be showcased in four different areas including an office and an in-house printing centre, and demonstrating the optimum integration of the machines into a particular environment.

The ‘integration area’ of the stand will also provide visitors with an insight into wireless printing technology.

Products on display include the e-STUDIO series, which is a range of digital multifunctional systems combining copying, printing, scanning and faxing capabilities.

The series is also able to integrate Internet, LAN, digital processing, desktop software applications, facsimile communications, paper handling, imaging technology and document management in a compact form.

“e in e-STUDIO means ‘electronic’ like e-commerce, e-business, whereas the studio is the working place for creative products,” explained Isao Sugehara, deputy general manager, Toshiba Singapore Electronic Imaging Division.

"e-STUDIO represents a new breed of electronic studios that are highly sophisticated in transforming digital electronic contents into finished outputs."
