House Of Invention (HOI) will be demonstrating its ZyIMAGE software at this year's show. The software, used in conjunction with Fujitsu imaging scanners, provides companies with electronic archiving solutions that, HOI says, help an organisation's business and bottom line.

The company has already installed a number of electronic archiving solution installations in the region. Recent successes include the Umm Al Qura University in Saudi Arabia, where the system will help Umm Al Qura University share its paper-based Arabic and English documents electronically.

The University paper documents are scanned using the Fujitsu imaging scanners, stored in a central Network Attached Storage (NAS) device and then searched on with the powerful full-text ZyIMAGE search engine, whether in Arabic or English.

The University is now able to share its information with unparalleled ease of use, while in the future it can web-enable all its documents using the same software.
HOI, currently headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will also use Gitex to recruit potential channel partners as it looks to establish a reseller network throughout the region.
