CDN secures rights to resell top level domain names

Dubai-based CDN becomes first company in the Arab world to meet strict technical requirements to resell domain names.

Computer Data Networks has become the first company in the Arab world to be cleared to sell top level domain names.

The Dubai-based company has been certified by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names (ICANN) to perform the service, having met the strict quality control criteria laid down by the US organisation.

Under the accreditation agreement, CDN will offer domain registrations in the most popular top level domains: .com, .net and .org.

Customers can check the availability of these domain names and buy them using a credit card at Shop4Domain.com and NetOneDomains.com, both of which are run by CDN.
