Systimax Solutions opens centre in the Middle East
Facility will focus on industry trends and standards
Connectivity solution provider Systimax Solutions has opened its first enhanced solutions centre in the Middle East.
The centre in Dubai is one of only three such centres in the Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) region, the firm said.
The other two are in Ireland and the Netherlands.
“The Middle East region is one of the fastest growing regions globally.
The opening of this new facility affirms our commitment to the region and will strengthen our market-leading position.
It will also enable us to extend our reach even further and provide greater value to our customers,” said Craig Doyle, major accounts manager at Systimax Solutions.
“The Solutions Centre will serve as a focal point for Systimax Solutions’ end users, industry consultants, business partners and media.”
“It will give them a place to learn first-hand about end-to-end connectivity solutions —copper, fibre, patching and wireless offerings that we believe will enable customers to increase productivity, reduce costs and smooth the way for cost-effective, reliable migration to next-generation IT requirements,” he added.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn about industry trends and technical standards.
They can expect to see the 10G UTP cabling solution, iPatch system for real- time data centre infrastructure management, and the high-density VisiPatch system in action.
“With the world’s largest real-time infrastructure (iPatch) installation currently under construction in Saudi Arabia, we expect that additional demand for real-time infrastructure patching will grow dramatically over the next few years,” said Wes Tweedley, regional technical director for Systimax Solutions.
In addition to its headquarters in Dubai, Systimax has sales offices in Cairo, Jeddah and Riyadh.
It also has distributors in the region such as Hasoub in Saudi Arabia and Anixter in the UAE, plus local system integrators across the region.
Systimax’s customers include AT-BT, Abdulaziz University and King in Saudi, Citystars Development near Cairo airport in Egypt, Dubai Customs at Port Rashid, Burj Al Arab and Emirates Towers in Dubai.
