North African partners of management software vendor CA have been boosted by news that the company has launched a dedicated French channel website.
The new site offers a range of partner resources in French, including channel news, promotions and event details.
Resellers will also be able to access technical support and information on CA’s partner certification programme.
Ned Jaroudi, CA’s VP of marketing for the EMEA Eastern markets, said: “As we expand our operations into North Africa, this bilingual website will be a great asset for our channel partners who can access useful sales, marketing, and technical information and tools to better help customers unify and simplify their complex IT environment.”
The new channel website, which can be found at www.ca.com/mea/channel also features a dedicated enterprise solution provider (ESP) centre to serve the needs of these high-end value-added resellers.
The ESP centre features information and tools relevant to this subset of the CA partner community including business development fund details and enterprise-focused post-sales technical support.
CA’s operation in the Arab countries and Pakistan now spans more than 100 people.
