Our goal at TimeOutTickets.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.

Online Purchase Policy
TimeOutTickets.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, bands and venues which means TimeOutTickets.com does not set the ticket prices. Policies set forth by our clients, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. If you receive your tickets in advance, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on TimeOutTickets.com are not subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order handling charge.

Box Office Collection
TimeOutTickets.com offers tickets on a Box Office Collection basis. Your tickets will be held at the venue on the day of the event. Tickets are usually available from one hour before the scheduled event start time.

Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa, MasterCard or Diner's Club credit cards only. Successful applicants will receive a Confirmation Order Form via email to the email address supplied on the online booking form.

This email contains a unique Confirmation Order Number which should be quoted in any correspondence.

There are two ways to collect your tickets from the box office.
a) The quickest way to collect your tickets is to print a copy of the Confirmation Order Form received via email. Present it at the Box Office at the venue on the night of the event in exchange for your tickets.
b) If you are unable to print a copy of this invoice - you should make a note of the unique Conformation Order Number and quote this number upon arrival at the Box Office. (Please note that for security reasons there maybe a slight delay in processing your order).

Please note: for ALL ticket collection you must arrive in person with supporting proof of identity such as a Driving Licence or Credit Card - which MUST correspond with the name and contact details you provide at the time of booking.

Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we would contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking wherever possible.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue.
2. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they meet any age restrictions set by the Venue Management. No refunds will be made to purchasers who are refused entry due to not meeting the age limit.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasions, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.
10. The Promoter, Venue Management and TimeOutTickets.com accept no responsibility for any personal property.
