IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM TIME OUT TICKETS REGARDING TICKET COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

As a valued Time Out Tickets customer, we are writing to advise you regarding our Purchase Policy in respect to ticket collection and delivery.
Effective immediately, all tickets purchased on Time Out Tickets may only be delivered or collected by the person who made the purchase. Tickets will not be released if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase the tickets.
If you wish to authorize a third party to receive or collect your tickets, please fill out the 'Third Party Authorization' form that can be downloaded here and sent to email@example.com prior to the scheduled event date for approval. Tickets have to be collected or received in advance from the Time Out Tickets Box Office upon approval.
Please ensure that your profile is accurate and up to date.
